Terms of Service

1. The Service

Specti is a competitive online 1v1 arena game operated by the site owner ("we", "us"). By creating an account or playing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

Sign-in is provided through Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to create an account.

3. Virtual Currency and Items

Onyx is a virtual currency with no real-world value. Onyx, skins, the Season Pass, and all other virtual items are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use digital content inside Specti — not property. Except where required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable. Virtual items may be modified or retired; season-exclusive items are intentionally unavailable after their season ends.

4. Fair Play

Cheating, botting, exploiting bugs, boosting, account sharing for rating manipulation, or interfering with the service is prohibited. The game server is authoritative; attempts to manipulate it may result in rating resets, forfeiture of virtual items, suspension, or permanent ban — without refund.

5. Conduct

Player names must not be offensive, impersonating, or misleading. We may rename, suspend, or remove accounts that violate this.

6. Availability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We may modify, interrupt, or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) at any time. We are not liable for loss of data, ratings, or virtual items, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

You may stop using Specti at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued play after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the site.
